Vendor Benefits

• Provides local producers and chefs with exposure
• Free advertising for vendors participating in the event
• A slide show presentation will be shown during the event, which describes each vendor
• An event booklet that involves a write-up of each vendor, and has additional space for advertisements
• Only cost to participate is providing your own food and cooking supplies

Vendor Requirements

• Vendors must provide ingredients and cooking supplies
• Must register before Wednesday, September 15^th
• Sample sizes should be small enough so participants can try every vendor (12 vendors)
• Vendors must comply with Health and Safety Regulations that will be outlined during the info session on Wednesday, September 15^th
• Must attend info session on Wednesday, September 15^th, or review Health and Safety Regulations prior to the event
• Vendors must be "local", within 50 km's of Minto
